Welcome to our Walking Tour! Here are answers to some common questions. If you need further assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to us.

1. What is included in the walking tour?

Our walking tours include a knowledgeable guide who will lead you through historic and scenic areas, sharing fascinating facts and stories along the way. The tour also includes stops at key landmarks, local hotspots, and hidden gems.

2. How long is the walking tour?

The half day walking tour lasts 3 hours (approx 3 miles), and the full day walking tour lasts 7 hours (approx 7 miles). You'll get to enjoy leisurely walks with plenty of opportunities for photos and questions. Please keep in mind that some circumstances are beyond our control (subway delays, street closures, etc..) but we will do our best to plan accordingly and keep disruptions to a minimum.

3. What should I wear?

Since the tour involves walking, we recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes. Dress appropriately for the weather (layers), and don’t forget a hat and sunscreen if it's sunny, or an umbrella if there's a chance of rain.

4. Are the tours suitable for children?

Yes! Our tours are family-friendly. However, we encourage parents to consider the needs of younger children or strollers before booking.

5. Is the tour accessible for people with disabilities?

We strive to make our tours as accessible as possible. Please keep in mind this is a walking tour covering between 3-7 miles depending on if its a half or full day tour. Contact us in advance to discuss any special needs or requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

6. Where do we meet for the tour?

We will meet at your hotel, or a central location if that makes more sense for the start of the tour. We’ll coordinate ahead of time and confirm a location.

7. What payment types are accepted?

Credit, debit, Zelle or Venmo. A 6% booking fee will be added to the total. Gratuities are very much welcomed & appreciated but not required.

8. Can I cancel or reschedule my tour?

Cancellations are accepted up to at least 48 hours before the tour for a full refund. If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability. If cancellation is made with less than 48 hours notice no refund will be issued. No-shows will not receive a refund.

10. What happens if it rains?

We run our tours rain, snow or shine! If the weather is severe, we will change the date or mutually agree to cancel. We recommend bringing a rain jacket or umbrella just in case.

11. Do you offer tours for groups of more than 10, or other specialized tours/requests?

Yes, we offer tours for groups of more than 10, as well as other specialized tours or specific requests. Please contact us directly for pricing and details.
